WGHMS Civics Club to Host Memorial Day Wreath-Laying Ceremony
Lake Shore Central Schools invites the community to join the William G. Houston Middle School Civics Club for a solemn Memorial Day Wreath-Laying Ceremony on Thursday, May 21, 2026.
The program will begin promptly at 1:50 PM and conclude at approximately 2:15 PM at the WGHMS Veterans Memorial Wall in Sculpture Park.
This student-led event is a long-standing tradition that connects our young leaders with the history of our community. The Civics Club will be joined by distinguished guests from the Town of Evans and the Village of Angola, as well as representatives from the American Legion Post/Ladies Auxiliary Post 928 and VFW Post 5798.
